While Florida Elite Division 2 offers fewer teams in SWFL than PRC they do have the opportunity to travel around the state and compete against some of the best teams. Florida Elite Division 2 has so many organizations that they have their own playoff system. Modeled after the NFL playoffs they have a divisional round, Conference round, and what they call the Super Bowl of Florida Football.   In D2, the teams are split into two conferences, the American and National Conferences. Each of those conferences is split into 2 districts, the East and West.   Resulting in 4 districts per division.  SWFL teams are all in the west districts.

Florida Elite D2 contains teams that SWFL Football will not keep tabs on.  While we will post scores from these teams, we do not plan on going too far in depth. Those teams include the Clearwater Tornadoes, Highlands County Chargers, Lake Wales Seahawks, Southwest Junior Saints, St, Pete Dolphins, Celebration Storm, Ocala Thunder, Orlando Gators, West Orange Jr Warriors, Largo Jr Packers, new Manatee Broncos, Seminole Seahawks, East Tampa Titans, Azaela Bulldogs, Brandon Bears, Countryside Cougars, Palmetto Pride, and Pinellas County Predators.
